Four Walls Ltd  (“Four Walls”), is a software platform (“Platform”) designed to enable production companies (offering photography, floor plan, video and copywriting services) to integrate content with real estate agents’ websites, CRMs and Portals.  Integral to this service is the Open Home Manager (“App”) that serves as a lead collection tool which collects personal data.

Our Privacy Policy is designed to explain how Four Walls collects, uses and discloses personal information of users of the platform and the App.

Please review this Privacy Policy, which applies to the Platform and the App.  By using the Platform or App, you acknowledge that you accept the policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES FOUR WALLS COLLECT?

The types of personal information Four Walls collects and stores from you include:

  • Contact Information– such as your name, email address, address, and telephone number and any other information you volunteer to upload (including profile photos, logos and profile information)
  • Physical Location– where available, the App uses a device’s integrated global position system (“GPS”) to determine your current physical location during use of the App.

 

HOW DOES FOUR WALLS USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Four Walls collects personal information to:

(1) identify who you are

(2) provide products and services that you have requested,

(3) promote products and services to you,

(4) contact you regarding your use of the Platform or App.

(5) to contact you by email regarding account status, changes to any account agreement, and/or to confirm account registration. In addition, if you provide your email address or other contact information in connection with a request for product information, Four Walls, an advertiser, affiliate, partner and/or other third party or parties, as applicable, may use that information to contact you,

(6) To improve your user experience and/or to measure interest in various areas of the Platform or App,

(7) to manage Open Home Manager relationships with Affiliates, customers, and other third parties to which Open Home Manager may disclose personally identifiable information pursuant to this Privacy Policy, and

(8) To facilitate site administration, analysis, research, reporting, development, optimization and other internal purposes, including, without limitation, to compile Usage Data.

WHAT OTHER INFORMATION DOES THE APP COLLECT?

In the App, you will can submit certain information about your customers (buyers), such as names, email addresses, and real estate preferences (“Customer Data”). Four Walls will not steal, market, sell, or share with any other party your Customer Data, unless required to by law or regulation. Your Customer Data is kept confidential. Only authorized Four Walls personnel have access to view Customer Data for customer service and abuse-monitoring purposes.

WHEN DOES OPEN HOME MANAGER SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?

Open Home Manager may provide your personal information to third parties under the following circumstances:

  • Open Home Manager employs other companies and people to perform tasks on its behalf and needs to share your information with them to provide products or services you request. Unless Open Home Manager tells you differently, Open Home Manager’s agents do not have the right to use your personal information or Customer Data we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist Open Home Manager. By using the App, you hereby consent to Open Home Manager’s sharing of information for the above purposes.
  • Open Home Manager may disclose any personal information or Customer Data as required or as permitted by law. For example, your information may be disclosed to prevent fraud or in response to a subpoena. Open Home Manager may also disclose your information as needed to protect its legal rights and enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy and Open Home Manager’s Terms of Service.
  • Open Home Manager may also provide your personal information or Customer Data to a buyer of Open Home Manager’s business or assets.

 

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

You may request deletion of your Four Walls account by sending an email requesting account deletion to support@four-walls.com. Please note that some information may remain in Open Home Manager’s records after deletion of your account.

You may also opt-out of receiving commercial emails from Four Walls by following the opt-out instructions included in every commercial email Four Walls may send. You may also opt-out by sending a written request to admin@four-walls.com.

HOW DO I UPDATE OR CORRECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

If you need to update or correct any information you previously submitted to Four Walls you can edit your details on the Platform.

HOW DOES FOUR WALLS PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Access to your Four Walls account is unique to the device on which you are using the Platform or originally downloaded the App on. It is important that you ensure there is no unauthorized access to or use of your device on which you have installed and created an account for Four Walls in order to prevent unwanted access to your account, including your personal information and Customer Data. Accordingly, Four Walls cannot guarantee the security of your account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of your personal information and Customer Data at any time.

HOW DOES FOUR WALLS STORE ITS DATA FROM USERS?

Four Walls uses third party hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware and software to support the Platform and App. Four Walls restricts access to your personal information and data only to those Four Walls employees, affiliates or partners who need to know that information to provide services to you.

Four Walls also takes steps to protect your information via transmission over the internet by using a secure web server. Four Walls uses industry standard encrypted connection between your device running the Platform or App and Four Walls’ web server. The encrypted connection scrambles ordinary text or data to safeguard sensitive information during its journey across the internet. Though Four Walls uses industry standard encryption to protect your information, failure or error in encryption and interception by third parties remain possible, and by submitting information to Four Walls you assume the risks of these and other unintended consequences.

WHAT HAPPENS IF OPEN HOME MANAGER CHANGES ITS PRIVACY POLICY?

Four Walls may need to revise its privacy policy from time to time. If Four Walls makes any changes to this Privacy Policy, it will post the changes to www.four-walls.com/privacy, and you will have the opportunity to opt-out of having your information handled in accordance with the new policy.

Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Platform or the App after any changes have been posted.
